Soup Tomato Hamburger

It's so easy hamburger I cooked today. This is original recipe. All ingredients are eye measure. This is same old story.

INGREDIENTS (4 servings)

300g of ground meat
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 clove garlics, minced
1 tablespoon bread crumb
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sauce (Bull-Dog Sauce)
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon salad oil
1/2 can of tomato
1 pack of shimeji mushroom
1 cube of bouillon
1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, mix well together the ground meat. onion, garlic, bread crumb, soy sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, Bull-Dog sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Heat salad oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan, put mixed direction "1" in the frying pan. Reshape direction "1" by turner like circle.
3. Add the can of tomato and water to the frying pan. Lid the frying pan till boiling.
4. Add the shimeji mushroom and bouillon to the frying pan. Lid again till cook.

You can just mix ingredient. You do not need to make shape of each hamburger. Only mix and boil it!
