New Years card with lottery numbers

It was come out with new years card with lottery numbers a few days ago. My husband and I checked the lucky number each new years cards. We won only one card which fourth class of stamps. It's easiest to win on new years card with lottery numbers. However it' lucky to win than no win.

Actuary the lucky card was unused card. If I bring the won and unused card to post office, I might change new postal card and prize. I would be happy if the card was posted card from our friends. Then my husband gave me good idea that we can send to his nephew by the won card. He will be happy to get a card and also he will be happy because it's won card!
