Sleep

Recently I'm not able to wake up smoothly. It might be cold in the room. My sleeping time might be not enough. I almost go to bet around 11:30 p.m. and I fall asleep around 12:00 p.m., I always wake up at 6:20 a.m. I sleep around 6 hours and a half to 7 hours. I think it is not bad.

However I try to go to bed early. I went to bed 11:00 p.m. yesterday. I was able to get up smoothly than recently. It's better to go to bed little bit earlier than recently.

I want to dream a good dream today. I have already gotten sleepy.
