HAKATA Noodle

We received a family celebration of birthing from our friend. She livse in Fukuoka and she knows that we love eating and then she send us HAKATA noodle!

Boil the 2 batch of noodle 8 minutes in 1 little boiling water.
Cut 1/2 carrots into strips.
Fry cut carrots and washed bean sprouts.
Put the soup stock of noodle into the cooked noodle.
Serve noodle to a dish of noodle.
Put the fried carrots, beans sprouts, dry welsh onions, red ginger pickle on the cooked noodle.
Then eat!
