Turban Shells

I got some turban shells from one of my friends today. I've never cook turban shell ever. I searched on web site.

The web site said steam 3 minutes by pressure cooker then bake them.

I tried to do that. I steamed it my new pressure cooker then put soy-sauce, and I baked by a grill for fish.

I've never seen turban shells at a store. Probably I've eaten it dinner at Japanese-style hotel.

It's not so bad to eat it sometimes. However it is not eat a lot once.
