BUTA-no-KAKUNI

I made BUTA-no-KAKUNI which is one of Japanese traditional home cooking in my new pressure cooker fist time. BUTA-no-KAKUNI is boiled up pork long time with soy-sourse, sugar, MIRIN which is Japanese sweet rice wine for cooking, sake for cooking and water.

The recipe doesn't say that to add some vegetables but I added some Japanese radishes and carrots, too. then it came along not BUTA-no-KAKUNI in my imagination. It was just normal cooked dish.

Taste was not bad but I wanted to make real BUTA-no-KAKUNI. My challenge will continue until became successful.
